Interested In Contributing?

Since 2005 Workology has been providing resources for HR Professionals, Business Leaders, Recruiters, and students of HR. The site has nearly 8,000 published articles and resources. It is intended to be honest, creative and offer an unconventional POV for the HR, Business, and Human Capital Management industries.

Created by Jessica Miller-Merrell, the Workology community seeks to push the business world to uncomfortable yet necessary places. Guest contributors get a lot of opportunity for exposure and to generate discussion within the industry where we, work, play, live and love.

Guest blog posts should be between 600-900 words and should be thought leadership pieces for the human resources, social media, job search, and business industries. Guest blog post submissions will not be accepted that serve as sales or promotional pieces for your business. If you are inquiring or interested in advertising or promotional opportunities, check out our Advertising Section to learn more about pricing, availability, and information. Essentially, if you are a vendor and you want to post on this blog, you have to pay to play.

To submit a guest post you must be a current or former HR Practitioner/Recruiter all other requests through this form will be ignored. If you don’t meet these requirements, please direct inquiries towards our advertising page. If you have any questions you can email help(at)workology.com.

Contributing Guideline Changes

Effective May 1, 2019

Only the authors of the guest post can send the post to Workology. This means that the author bio must match the submitter.

You must not publish your post anywhere else, such as your own site/blog, article directory, or on another site/blog.
