There is a large learning curve for social media when it comes to Human Resources and Recruiting professionals. Not everyone has a Twitter, Facebook Page, and Blog. There are a number of HR folks who are new to this HR 2.0 world, and I wanted to do my part to make them feel welcome.
As a HR consultant and new media strategist, Xceptional HR works with people at all different stages of the HR social media learning curve. Many bloggers, recruiters, and others are discussing very advanced social media strategies and that can be extremely confusing and intimidating especially for those that are just starting out.
ToolBox HR is a new page and feature that has been added to Xceptional HR and Blogging4Jobs. ToolBox HR provides new content and video that goes beyond a blog post in a format that is easy to understand and in a more conventional format. The ToolBox will update weekly with new and interesting information, e-books, learning guides, videos, and resources for new and experienced human resource professionals to check out, learn about, and share with their colleagues and business partners.
The goods news is that ToolBox HR is FREE. While my team and I work out the kinks, our model, and strategy we wanted to get the content out there we’ve developed to the public. So take a look at the information available and visit frequently. The plan is to update the content weekly with new and exciting tidbits. Don’t forget to download to your hearts content and share with others.
